History: The Restoration of the original stained glass panels for the Centenary Methodist Church in Historic Downtown New Bern began back in October 2022.
This Church was founded in 1772, built in 1843, and completed in 1904. In 1936 there was a fire and the sanctuary ceiling collapsed with extensive damage to the original glass panels. The sanctuary was renovated in 1966 in the Neoclassical Architectural style you see today.
Today: Moving Day is always an exciting day and the extra help at the church is always appreciated.
